Google Instant as the name itself suggests is the latest technology developed by the Google to find what you are searching for. It instantly predicts your search that too correctly. Caffeine Search Engine!? Well, what the hell is that?…It’s the Google’s newly unvield search engine! 
Yesterday, Google launched the developers preview of it’s new infrastructure i.e. Caffeine Search Engine. This preview doesn’t have any new UI but the search results hugely differ from the normal search. Most probably these results will remain as it is and even if any changes do occur, they’ll be very minor ones.
Developments and Improvements in Google’s Caffeine Search Engine:
- Caffeine Search Engine is really fast in terms of giving accurate and very relevant results
- It has a totally different SEO algorithm (all SEO specialists start figuring out how the new algo works )
- The results are much more relevant and accurate as compared to the original ones (Google.com as of now)

No, you can’t. Currently, Caffeine Search Engine is only availble to search Globally, you can’t make Geo-Targetted searches.
