You must have noticed that every new product or service that arrives in the market is tweeted within minutes of its launch. Why? Well, you might have under estimated the power of twitter. Although your tweet is limited to 140 characters, its power is still unlimited. Let’s take a walk through some of these interesting points that powers twitter in your blog’s favor.

1.       First and foremost is the content that you are going to tweet. It really should be an eye-candy. One of the ways to bring tweets would be to ask your fan base to provide input on what you are doing. For example, conducting a research on a topic can let people throw-in their views. And so, when you use their approach and tweet about it, you are auto generating popularity.

2.       If someone is giving you idea, you can return the favor in many ways by unleashing your views to what others think. By doing this you are not only giving valuable comments, but are indirectly increasing your fan following which is again going to help you THINK of another interesting topic for discussion. There can be 2 things happening, one you might gain responses on your blog posts and second, you might just be able to sell some ads (Adsense).

3.       If you are launching a new service, then you can draw more users by running a twitter competition. Well it can be anything; mostly you would give away some freebies to the winner after they have been through your questions. Here is the catch; if you declare a winner after a week of the competition then you might be just a little too late. It’s an era of speed and people want to see results every day. So, pick a winner and declare it the very same day. This way you can have more opportunities to attract more walk-ins followers.

4.       One final thing you can do is, base all the marketing as a launch event. It can be for your own product or something that has happened in your neighborhood. Festive discussions are most popular ones nearing an area that attracts more tweets.

You must understand the kind of base you have, as it really matter for the success of anything you do. If you are in education field and have more crappy followers, then anything you try to educate will be a failure. Similarly, you should accept followers wisely.

Money Making from a Blog is the most interesting topic that I can think of. One of my favorite Bloggers, who has made money online with a Blog is John Chow. The thing which I like about him the most is that he reveals his monthly income that he makes from his Blog.

John Chow’s blog was started on September 2006. He made a whooping $352.92 with Google Adsense in his first month after monetizing his Blog and just a year later his monthly earnings had touched $27,240.83 which is quite a progressive development . John kept adding more n more money making sources which helped him to increase his monthly revenue.

Today I’ll compare the earnings of 2 bloggers (John Chow, and Everton) who revealed their monthly revenues:

Gradually as your traffic increases keep adding more and more online money making sources and programs, this will help you to keep your revenue constantly growing.

This shows that we should never put all our eggs in one basket and Google Adsense is not the end of everything. If these Bloggers can earn a six figure income online, why cant you? )
